Understand the instrument
The WZPK/WRNK family includes RTD and thermocouple assemblies. Platinum resistance elements provide a predictable resistance-to-temperature relationship, while thermocouple options cover different temperature duties. Sensor type, sheath, insertion length and operating temperature must be specified together; the family ranges do not apply to every individual element.
